I was born in 1976 and graduated as Bio-chemist.
Finding no work in Italy, in 1997 I moved to Namibia in search of my future.
In this wild and beautiful country I had the opportunity to "live" the desert and observe the beautiful and indomitable force of nature, able to shape the territories of unspeakable beauty that emotes indescribable and intimate emotions.
Over there I had the chance to meet “special” characters from different cultures and passions and I've discovered mine: the minerals.
GEM CUTTER
Hosting in Namibia a senior Canadian gem cutter, I've absorbed the gem cutting techniques and since then, they convey through my innate passion for nature, allowing me creating small but valuable masterpieces.
Since 2000, I've been cultivating and developing this ancient art that allows the crystallization of an idea, generated by an intimate inspiration of forms and colors, suggested by each rock, waiting for millions years to be released and revealed in all its glory .
REFINING METALLURGIST
As Bio-Chemical Expert, I don't lack knowledge of the use of laboratory equipment that allows me to refine precious metals from scrap or native forms.

Although there was a substantial reversal of EU's global exports, this activity has been my bread for most of my stay in sub-Saharan Africa.
2D - 3D GRAPHIC DESIGNER
I had the first computer when I was just six years old and since then, the interest for information has never been exhausted.
Applying design and graphics knowledge used to build 3D models, allows me the cutting simulation of my gems evaluating the end results before even starting the actual work on the mineral.
